Project Overview
This project focuses on performing HR Analytics using Power BI to understand key factors driving employee attrition. The goal was to analyze employee demographics, job roles, education levels, and salary patterns to uncover insights that help organizations improve retention strategies and workforce management. Using Power BI's Power Query and visualization features, the project involved data cleaning, transformation, and interactive dashboard creation. The final dashboard highlights metrics such as attrition rate, average age, salary, experience, and attrition distribution by job role, education, and age group – enabling a data-driven approach to understanding workforce dynamics.
